Being thankful for the little things is synonymous with that of being optimistic and hopeful towards life, as gratitude teaches us to look for and to see each and every aspect of life in a more positive way.
Gratitude being a social aspect significantly works as a relationship-strengthening emotion. The social emotion urges us to be careful and attentive towards our loved ones as well as it focuses upon the bonding through which we have been supported and affirmed by other people
