2021 started with a mood of mixed optimism and hopes that the storm which accompanied Covid-19 could now be weathered. Through these sweet-sour times of hopes and challenges, Blue Mail Media has remained true to its purpose of building futures and helping businesses identify opportunities, increase pipeline and revenue with high-quality data solutions.

FY21 brought challenges for our teams and the businesses we support, but we continued to evolve and thrive. Our strength and momentum could not be possible without our people’s hard work and dedication. As we reflect on the year 2021, we can proudly say that we were able to adapt swiftly and efficiently in response to the successes and setbacks that came our way. Here’s a summary of how we successfully stayed in step with changing market and consumer behavior and how we plan to continue this success streak as we step into the new year.

Covid-19 and the days after witnessed a surge in digital transformation. As the organizations had to endure a broad sweep of new pressure, including – changing customer demands, reconfigured supply chains, and increased workforce collaboration, emails emerged as a reliable and effective form of communication. We received unprecedented requests for email marketing and related services, which we were able to successfully fulfill – thanks to our proactive and efficient team, who predicted the demand with their data-driven insights.

This event was hugely successful, thanks to our attendees and marketing experts who shared their valuable insights on designing effective marketing strategies to counter the immediate and long-term changes triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic.
